may just find a good high pinion d44 and a 9" rear and go. leave em full width and just run offset wheels to suck it in some. and your right, much better things to spend cash on.

sounds like a good plan! There is always thing to spend $$ on, lol. Good armor is helpful, and spending alot of time making everything under the jeep flat and smooth as possible.

Ya that mega hi9 is outrageous in price. But who knows what comes up used. Looking for a D44 and 9" as we speak.

Honestly which shop local to Rapid would be a good choice to rebuild a HP D44 and a 9" with gears, lockers and trusses? And also to do the wheelbase stretch.

ZFab does all that. About the only shop for that kind of work around here.

Will look them up and see how much I have to choke up to get it taken care of.

How well does a Atlas stand up to being driven daily? Any issues?

atlas is fine for a daily driver, you should hook up with ryan stulc. he is selling a dana 44 full float rear with 4.88 gears and a spool and a high pinion dana 44 front with arb, 4.88's and rcv shafts.

practically bolt in your TJ!
